At West House Leveling, we provide the best in service in pier and beams foundations and home leveling. Forty percent of the homes in our area are built on pier and beams, specifically womanized beams, meaning specially treated. We can raise most types of residential structures such as one and two story homes. Living in an area with excess rain, flooding, plumbing problems, and even poor construction and foundation work can cause the ground to move and shift, thus making your structure unstable. If, for instance, the home is sitting in the mud, the windows may not be level, and doors won't close properly, or there may be cracks in the walls. We can level the structure for you and this will save you lots of money in the long run.

Our turnaround time is usually between 1 and 2 days, depending on the condition of the ground. We always stand behind our labor and give you a year warranty. If something goes wrong within that year we will repair at no cost to you.

After the first year, if something goes wrong, we will supply the materials, and the customer pays for labor for the next 5 years.

Site Prep
First, we start the job by removing any vegetation, plants, and flowers away from the structure. Plywood is usually used to protect the lawn or grass. If the home clearance is low, excavation and digging by hand may be required. Next, we use hydraulic jacks for lifting the structure, and concrete blocks may be used or put in place.

As we go along, we are very careful to monitor the reaction of the home, and rest assured, we get a uniform lift at all times. We then tunnel under the home, place jacks beneath the home, and raise the home off the ground with jacks and large air bags. Bricks and beams are then placed where needed to level the surface while rescuing the beams, footings, and other materials.
